Waitaki Hostel
Spaces For Hire
Waitaki Girls’ High School is pleased to offer a range of facilities for hire by private groups, community organisations, schools, clubs and visiting groups.
Located within the school grounds, Waitaki Hostel provides practical and flexible accommodation options for groups. Kirkness Wing can accommodate up to 30 guests, with either catered or self-catering options available. Groups also have access to a commercial laundry during their stay. For larger groups, Roman House offers an additional 45 beds, providing further flexibility for group accommodation.
Teaching spaces and public areas
Where available, we may also consider the hire of selected teaching spaces and public gathering areas during weekends and school holidays. This can be suitable for meetings, workshops, training days, retreats, visiting school groups, or community events.
Facility hire is subject to availability, school commitments, staffing, and the suitability of the proposed use. Bookings should be made at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
